Secondary: Ruler, redirected to the customer. Structure and standards support customer ownership. Avoid turning this into a promise of total control.
Expression.
Precise without nitpicking; confident without dominance; technical without inaccessibility; restrained without anonymity; useful without performance; structured without rigidity.
The founder supports the product with practical experience. Do not invent a heroic story or claim that the founder solved attribution universally.
Avoid.
Heroic promises to defeat every problem, effortless-result magic, attacks on every platform, simplicity without tradeoffs, entertainment at the expense of operational clarity, or academic explanation that never helps a decision.
